Karnataka Bulldozers beat Mumbai Heroes


In the second match of the CELEBRITY CRICKET LEAGUE on Sunday, Karnataka Bulldozers had won against Mumbai Heroes by 13 runs.

Batting first Karnataka Bulldozers scored 168-6 in 20 overs. Pradeep was the highest scorer for the team with 57 runs off 46 balls.

In response, Mumbai Heroes were crushed for 155 in 19.5 overs. Varun Badola scored 50 runs in the innings.

Pradeep was declared MAN OF THE MATCH for his magical score of 57 runs and his spell of 2 wickets in 2.5 overs.

Telugu Warriors create history, first hatrick win in CCL


The Celebrity Cricket League Match this weekend witness some record breaking events. Telugu Warriors has created history by winning a match for a consecutive third time in CCL 2.

Playing against Bengal Tigers, Telugu Warriors played brilliantly on the field. Putting them into bat after winning the toss, Telugu Warriors restricted Bengal Tigers to 102-9 in 20 overs.

Ruban was the highest scorer for Bengal Tigers with 29 runs.

In response, Telugu Warriors smashed Bengal Tigers in just 15.4 overs. Vishwa was the highest scorer with 40 off 43 balls.

Raghu was declared MAN OF THE MATCH for his spell of 3-17. Incidently it was his birthday.

CCL 2 - Telugu Warriors smash Kerala Strikers



In the first CCL match this weekend, Telugu Warriors has won against Kerala Strikers with 9 wickets. After winning the toss, Telugu Warriors captain Venkatesh chose to field.

Batting first Kerala Strikers scored 94-9 in 20 Overs. Nivin Pauly was the highest scorer with 41 off 58 balls. Telugu Warriors bowlers Charan Teja took 3 wickets and Nanda Kishore took 4 wickets.

In response Telugu Warriors smashed Kerala Strikers by achieving the target in just 15.1 overs losing only 1 wicket. Aadarsh was the highest scorer with 52 runs.

Nanda Kishore who took 4 wickets for Telugu Warriors was declared the MAN OF THE MATCH.

CCL2 - Bengal Tigers register their first win



Bengal Tigers have registered their first win in the ongoing CELEBRITY CRICKET LEAGUE season 2 tournament. Pitted against Chennai Rhinos in the first match on Sunday, Bengal Tigers were given a target of 130.

Bengal Tigers achieved the score in just 18.5 overs losing only 2 wickets. Joy was the highest scorer with 52 runs. Saugata was declared 'Man of the Match' for his best bowling figures of 4-13.

Scores:
Chennai Rhinos: 130-8 in 20 overs.
Bengal Tigers: 133-2 in 18.5 overs.

CCL2 - Telugu Warriors beat Karnataka Bulldozers


After Chennai Rhinos won over Kerala Strikers in the first match on Saturday, the second match took place between Telugu Warriors and Karnataka Bulldozers.

After winning the toss and electing to bat, Karnataka Bulldozers scored 147 in 20 overs.

In reply, Telugu Warriors achieved the target with 14 balls remaining. Charan Teja scored 63 runs off 45 balls.

Telugu Warriors won by 4 wickets.

CCL2 - Kerala Strikers smashed Mumbai Heroes to win their first match


On Sunday, the second match of CCL2 at Kochi witnessed the match between Mumbai Heroes and Kerala Strikers. After winning the toss and chosing to bat first, Mumbai Heroes scored 128-9 in 20 overs.

In reply, the Kerala Strikers smashed Mumbai Heroes to achieve the target in 17 overs without losing any wicket. Rajeev Pillai was chosen 'Man of the Match' for his big knock of 75 runs.

This is the first win for Kerala Strikers at their homeground Kochi.

CCL 2 - Chennai Rhinos win against Kerala Strikers



In another match of CCL 2 today, Chennai Rhinos defeated Kerala Strikers with 1 wicket. Winning the toss, Kerala Strikers set a target of 112 runs. Pillari was the highest scorer of the innings with 43 runs.

In reply Chennai Rhinos achieved the target in 19.1 overs with 1 wicket remaining. Chennai scored 115. Jiva was the highest scorer with 27 runs.
